• Contact details — your name, email address, and WhatsApp number, provided when you book a session, join the waitlist, or reach out to us directly.
• Skin information — details about your skin type, concerns, current products, and goals that you share with us during onboarding or via WhatsApp.
• Booking details — your selected plan, preferred timezone, and session date and time.
• WhatsApp conversations — the content of messages exchanged between you and Etch on WhatsApp, which are stored within WhatsApp's platform subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. JazzCash payments are handled directly by you; we only confirm receipt.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Confirm and deliver your coaching session.
• Build and personalise your skincare routine based on what you share with us.
• Send booking confirmations, session reminders, and follow-up messages via WhatsApp or email.
• Respond to questions and provide ongoing support between sessions.
• Send our newsletter or product updates if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. WhatsApp Communication

A core part of our service is delivered through WhatsApp. By booking a session and sharing your WhatsApp number with us, you consent to being contacted on WhatsApp for session delivery, follow-ups, and routine guidance. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted and governed by Meta's platform policies. We do not export or share your WhatsApp conversation content with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services to operate Etch:

• Stripe — processes international card payments. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Meet — used for video call sessions. Calls are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Calendar — used to schedule sessions and send calendar invitations.
• Resend — used to send transactional emails such as booking confirmations.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — used for ongoing client communication and session delivery.

Each service processes your data only as necessary to provide its function and under its own privacy terms.

6. Data Retention

We retain your booking records and routine notes for as long as needed to deliver ongoing support and maintain a coaching history useful to you. WhatsApp message history is retained within WhatsApp's platform. If you would like us to delete your data from our records, you can request this at any time and we will action it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.
