Terms of Service

1. Services

Etch provides skincare consulting services, including group coaching sessions and private 1-on-1 consultations, delivered online via video call. Consultations provide educational guidance and product recommendations; they are not medical advice. For medical skin conditions, consult a licensed dermatologist.

2. Bookings & Payment

All bookings require payment in advance via Stripe. Your session is confirmed once payment completes, at which point you receive a confirmation email and calendar invitation. Slots are held for 15 minutes during checkout; if payment is not completed in that window, the slot is released.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. To reschedule, reply to your confirmation email.

4. Results Disclaimer

Skincare outcomes vary by individual. While our guidance is based on established practice and experience, we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All session materials, recordings, routines, and recommendations are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etch's total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
